西北大学由John Evans先生创办于1851年，其主校区位于伊利诺伊州埃文斯顿市郊的密歇根湖湖畔，临近美国第三大城市芝加哥，商学院、法学院和医学院位于芝加哥市区。19位诺贝尔奖得主、38位普利策奖得主曾在此工作或学习。截至2015年，西北大学获得捐赠约为101.9亿美元，是美国最富有的10所大学之一。

Nicolas joined the Kellogg School of Management in 2014. He has a B.Sc. in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (2008) and a PhD from Columbia University (2014). His interests include business cycle theory, financial frictions and their impact on macroeconomic activity, and corporate finance.

Sally is the Michael L. Nemmers Professor of Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she is also a proud alumna and former dean. An internationally recognized thought leader in management and business education
David
David is the Peter G. Peterson Professor of Corporate Ethics, and Professor of Political Science and Economics. He received his PhD in economics from Cambridge University in 1978. He joined the Northwestern faculty from the University of Rochester in 1996
Eric
Eric is the Polk Brothers Chair in Retailing and former Chair of the Marketing Department at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and Director of the Kellogg-McCormick MBAi Program. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from MIT Sloan School of Management
