约翰·霍普金斯大学皮博迪音乐学院（Peabody Institute）始建于1857年，位于东海岸马里兰州的巴尔地摩市，隶属于约翰·霍普金斯大学，离美国首府华盛顿仅有一小时车距。皮博迪音乐学院由慈善家乔治·皮博迪(美国19世纪著名银行家，摩根财团的创始人)资助创立，是美国第一个也是最负盛名的音乐学院之一，1977年并入霍普金斯大学。皮博迪学院的宗旨是：致力于以艺术家带动并提高人们精神世界的追求。从此，该院集中力量培训各个年龄及教育程度的音乐家，调动并挖掘音乐潜力，使他们得到艺术上的提升。皮博迪音乐学院因此也成为马里兰州文化艺术生活的领导者。 皮博迪音乐学院图书馆被誉为世界十大最美图书馆之一。
最杰出的校友包括：格莱美奖获得者、钢琴家Andre Watts，格莱美奖获得者、声乐家James Morris，大都会歌剧院的Richard Cassilly，普利策奖、格莱美奖获得者Dominick Argento等。

An active freelance soprano and diction professor at Peabody Conservatory, Claire Galloway has taught voice students of all ages and voice types for over five years in institutions such as Music & Arts, The Music Workshop, Mike’s Music, and in her own private, Baltimore-based studio.
Monica
Monica (MM Ithaca College, BA Connecticut College, Dalcroze License) has worked professionally as both a dancer and a musician. She has choreographed, performed, and taught piano, dance and Dalcroze Eurhythmics to students from pre-school through professional levels.
Judah
The music of composer Judah, grounded in the classical tradition and imbued with soul and pop influences ranging from Nina Simone to Björk, has been described as “beguiling” (Alex Ross, New Yorker), “elegant” (Steve Smith, Boston Globe)
Jenine
Jenine is Assistant Professor of Music at The Peabody Conservatory of The Johns Hopkins University. She joined the music theory department in 2015. Courses taught include the undergraduate ear training core curriculum and an upper-level post-tonal ear training elective.
